Common questions about applying

How long does approval take?
Most applications are reviewed and approved within 24 hours. Many get approved same-day. Once approved, physical cards ship overnight, and we can issue virtual card numbers immediately so your drivers can start fueling the same day.
Do you run a credit check?
No credit check for most fleets. We do verify business registration and payment history, but we're not going to say no just because your credit score isn't perfect. We understand the trucking industry.
What if I have a small fleet?
We work with owner-operators and small fleets (1–5 trucks) just as eagerly as larger carriers. Your discount tier is based on monthly gallon volume, not fleet size. Even running 5 trucks, you'll get real savings and full access to our tech support team.
Can I get cards for individual drivers?
Yes. When you apply, you'll specify how many driver cards you need. During setup, you can assign each card to a specific driver, set per-card spending limits, fuel-only restrictions, and geographic lockdowns from the portal.
Do I have to use all 10,000+ truck stops?
No, your card works wherever EZ FUEL is accepted. Your drivers can fuel at any of the 10,000+ stops in our network, but if they prefer a specific stop, that's totally fine. You pay the same wholesale discount regardless of where they fuel.
