By signing up you agree to our referral terms - payouts are conditional on the referred fleet activating an account and remaining a customer for at least 60 days.

Common questions

When do I get paid?
60 days after the referred account funds (i.e., they make their first deposit and start fueling). The 60-day window is to confirm the fleet is real and active. We notify you when payout is queued and again when it clears.
Is there a cap on referrals or earnings?
No cap. We've had partners earn five-figure totals in a single quarter. The only thing we'll do is reach out to negotiate a higher payout for very large referrals (100+ trucks) - those usually go through a custom partnership agreement instead of the standard payout schedule.
What if the fleet I refer doesn't sign up right away?
Your referral attribution lasts 90 days from the first time the fleet visits your link or mentions your name on a call. So if they take a couple of months to make the switch, you still get credit. We track this in the partner portal and you can see it in real time.
Can I refer myself?
No - referral payouts apply to net-new accounts where the partner referring is not the account owner. But if you're a current customer referring another fleet, you're absolutely eligible.
How are payouts delivered?
Direct deposit (ACH) by default. Check is available on request. We collect a W-9 once you cross $600 in a calendar year so you can be 1099'd appropriately.
